Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, DJ (animated)

There's a platypus controlling Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz! He clearly doesn't know quite what to make of it. "It was a strange set of circumstances", he tells us, but one that ultimately ended well for him. He can always count on Perry to save him - his nemesis has a soft spot for him, I think.
